    1. A special thank you to Ann Maynard who has been our Board Secretary for the past 2 years, and to Steve Gill standing in as Auxiliary Director for this past year. Both Ann and Steve are retiring from the Board; their terms ending this year.  We thank you both for the time and support you’ve given our community.
  1. John Sweet’s term is also ending this year. John has served as Vice President and Vegetation Management Chair for the past 2+ years.  However, as a bonus, John is re-upping for a continuing position on the board; his name is on the ballot for another 2 year period.  Thank you John for the continuing involved participation.
  1. Introduction of Bookkeeper – Marcia Dreyer – You’ll recognize Marcia’s name on invoiced dues Emails and TVHA Mail received.

2018 Annual Meeting Report and Pictures

Thank you to all TVHA homeowners who attended the annual meeting and social on June 25, 2018. You helped to make it an enjoyable time and we are appreciative of those who mingled and got to know your Timberton neighbors better. Although we announced the results of the voting at the Annual meeting, we wanted to let everyone who could not be there know the results as well. We had a total combination of 50 proxies and ballots.

We will be having a Special Board meeting soon, and we’ll notify you of that date, to allow the new Directors to vote for Officer and other positions on the Board. At that meeting we will also set the calendar for dates of the regular meetings, since those will now be held quarterly.

A special thank you to Cynthia Blacketor and Lloyd Gill who served our community as Board Members. Your presence will be missed.
