The Timberton Board will hold a workshop at the South Bay Club (room to be determined) on August 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. No votes or formal action will be taken. The meeting is open to members of the community to attend.
No formal agenda will be published. Our plan is to cover the following topics, decide who will be responsible for what further work, and set deadlines as needed
1. Quick review of policies, governing documents and financial statements.
2. Plan for updating governing documents for compliance with RCW 64.90 by 1/1/2028.
3. Plan for finding and implementing replacement website.
4. Major expense review and planning: how we handle pond maintenance, landscaping, insurance, and bookkeeping.
5. Completion of job guides.
6. Updating out-of-date documents on the website.
