Please elaborate on the last statement of 14.C. regarding bringing balances to zero? Are outstanding balances being written off?
Sorry for the confusion. The practice of carrying over credit balances to the next fiscal year has been ended. Those accounts with credit balances were given refunds bringing their credit balance to zero.
