Vegetation Management Plan
These documents relate to the Vegetation Management Plan (VMP).
IMPORTANT CHANGE IN 2025: South Bay Community Association and their Architectural Review Committee no longer play any role in approval or oversight of work or structures in our common areas. This was confirmed with their general manager in September 2025 and will require updating of our Vegetation Management Plan.
