2018 Annual Meeting Report and Pictures

Timberton Neighbors –

Thank you to all TVHA homeowners who attended the annual meeting and social on June 25, 2018. You helped to make it an enjoyable time and we are appreciative of those who mingled and got to know your Timberton neighbors better. If you are interested, you can follow this link, https://timberton.org/2018-annual-meeting-pictures/ or visit the home page of our Timberton website, to view some pictures from the event. The pictures will scroll automatically, or you can click and view one at a time. If you hold your cursor or touch the picture, a short description of that picture will appear as well.

Although we announced the results of the voting at the Annual meeting, we wanted to let everyone who could not be there know the results as well. We had a total combination of 50 proxies and ballots.

2. Ratification of the new budget for 2018-19 50 Yes, 0 No
3. Ratification of the annual update of the Reserve Study 50 Yes, 0 No
4. Election of new Board Directors:

We will be having a Special Board meeting soon, and we’ll notify you of that date, to allow the new Directors to vote for Officer and other positions on the Board. At that meeting we will also set the calendar for dates of the regular meetings, since those will now be held quarterly.

A special thank you to Cynthia Blacketor and Lloyd Gill who served our community as Board Members. Your presence will be missed.

  1. Fun pictures! I was sorry to have to miss it. Best decorations ever! Looks like Kathy, Cynthia, and their crew did a great job! Isn’t it nice that we can all get along and that we can follow the recommendations of our leaders? That’s the way a neighborhood should work. Thank you, Cynthia — we’ll miss you! And thank you, Mike, for taking one more year on the Board.
