Reminder:  A Special Board Meeting is scheduled for April 22, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at the Bay Club to address the Budget and Reserve Study for FY 2025-26.  We sent out the agenda and budget worksheet about two weeks ago.  Click here for those materials.  The following additional materials will be considered by the board at the meeting and are being made available to you as attachments to this eblast:   Draft Reserve Study and Supporting Tables (separate documents); and Budget Form.  The numbers on the budget form are drawn from the prior budget and latest worksheet.  We hope to finalize the budget and the reserve study at this meeting.  Please join us for this meeting.

Look up neighbors! In case you haven’t noticed, the Alder trees on Timberton Drive have been trimmed to remove branches that were growing over the roadway. Several trees were also removed that were identified by the tree specialist as, “in danger of falling”. Since most of these trees are aging and getting brittle, the concern for falling limbs and trees on and over the roadway during a storm event were of concern.
