Backflow Testing
Please see the attached notice about backflow testing. This is required annually by state law for homes with irrigation and certain other systems. As explained in the attached eblast, most neighbors use the service we arrange through Wright Backflow Services, LLC for $40 per home (paid for by the homeowners).

If you haven’t already, you may soon receive a notice from Olympic Water and Sewer about required annual backflow testing. As was done in the past, we will make arrangements with Wright’s Backflow to test all Timberton homes’ systems. There is nothing you need to do at the moment. More information will follow in a week or so.
Parking Reminder
Parking Reminder. Please read the attached (more detailed) reminder of our parking rules. Your personal vehicles should be parked in your garage or driveway. Trailers, boats, and RVs may only be in your driveway for 72 hours per month. Occasional daytime street parking may be used for visitors or to accommodate contractors. No overnight parking is allowed on the streets and no parking is allowed in the cul-de-sacs.
