  1. I am told TVHA is responsible for our mail boxes, it’s about the 10th time I cannot access my box to get my mail, this is beyond a joke. Apparently the Hadlock p.o. say they are not responsible or the mail carrier so this is my last resource or who is responsible????? help !!!!!.
