Call to Order

  • Determine Quorum.
  • Approve Agenda for this first meeting of the new board.
  • Approve Minuets of the June 27th Quarterly Board Meeting.
  • Formally introduce the board –  1 year & 2 year term directors
  • Acknowledge member attendance and introduce new members if present.
  • Dispense with individual committee reports unless there’s any specifics to bring a committee summary current.

Posting: Special Meeting Notice – TVHA Board

Notice: The Timberton Village Home Owner’s Association Board of Directors have scheduled a “Special Board Meeting” – Board Members Only.

The purpose of the meeting is to: (1) “Adopt the 2022-2023 Budget”; and, (2) “Approve an increase in dues assessments of $7.50 Semi-Annually (a total of $15 annually)”.

Vehicle Break-In Reported

Two neighbors have reported that vehicles parked in their driveways were broken into with items stolen. This occurred last night (Monday 10 Apr 2022) on Timber Meadow  and Timber Ridge . Police reports are being made.

If anyone has an active security camera that possibly recorded unusual activity, please report it to police and the TVHA Board (use the Contact the Board form).

Also look for anything that may have been discarded by the perpetrators along the roadway (items of personal value).

Keep alert (unfortunately) and lock your car.
