There’s a new page, called “Just Saying“. It’s a place for random comments about things that are going on, or some nice deed by a neighbor, or an alert about something.
Check it out! And then add your “Just Saying”.

There is a new entry in the Current Correspondence page . These are official documents sent to the Board by members, either by mail, or through the “Contact the Board” page.
The item will be discussed at the next board meeting, on 1 June 2015. Information about Official Correspondence is on the Policies and Procedures page.
If you missed the stunningly bright rainbow Friday evening, here’s some pictures I took from my back porch. They aren’t as good as the real thing — at times, the rainbow’s ‘pot of gold’ was right in the marina harbor. As the evening progressed, the rainbow turned into a double rainbow. Then it slowly moved out into the Puget Sound, and faded away with the sunset. (Click on the pictures to see them full-screen.)
The Bluebill Fall Prevention Program highlights hazards in the home and talks about tools that can be used to help prevent falls. Improvements such as grab bars and handrails are critical; so is the awareness of possible dangers, such as lighting, clutter, throw rugs, extension cords on the floor and more.
The Bluebills identify and provide installation of these improvements to your home, and attendees can sign up for a home inspection at the meeting.
The meeting is set for 3-5 p.m., Thursday, April 16 at the Bay Club, 120 Spinnaker Place, Port Ludlow. Contact Dick Ostlund for more information at 360-437-7747.
This Mystery Spot is something that all Timberton Village residents have seen. It is a very small picture of a larger thing. It’s a bit fuzzy, since I enlarged just that portion of the picture I took of the ‘thing’.
Where is it? Enter your gueses in the comment box below.
If you have a suggestion for a Mystery Spot, just let us know via the Contact the Web Guy page.
And did you know that the Web Guy has started up a Facebook page for Port Ludlow residents? It’s a closed group, so you have to ask for access – just go to the page and click on the button. Not very members of the page right now, which is why you should join the page and tell others around here. With lots of participants, it can be a great resource for Port Ludlow residents.
Updated 15 Apr 2015: the comment below from Vicki is correct. It is the letter ‘i’ in the “MI” (“4.5 Mi”) on the Timberton Trail sign, visible as you drive up Timberton Drive. Here’s the pictures.
