Greetings fellow homeowners.
Annual meeting notices were mailed out on Wednesday, May 13, 2026. If you do not receive yours by early next week, please let us know and we will hand deliver a duplicate. Contact the board here.
The meeting will be held June 22, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the Bay Club. A potlock social will follow with beer, wine, and tea/lemonade provided. We hope many of you will be able to join us for both. Please RSVP either on a returned ballot (if mailing before the meeting) or by emailing Maureen Black ([email protected]).
The notice packet includes two items for return: a ballot (pink); and a communication information form (blue). Please return both either in the enclosed envelope or by bringing with you to the meeting. Ballots will be counted and kept confidential by an election committee made up of non-board member homeowners.
