- Approve Minuets of the June 27th Quarterly Board Meeting.
- Formally introduce the board – 1 year & 2 year term directors
- Acknowledge member attendance and introduce new members if present.
- Dispense with individual committee reports unless there’s any specifics to bring a committee summary current.
