  1. Motion to appoint David Reineke to Timberton’s Board of Directors to assume the unexpired term of Ann Louise Maynard whose resignation is effective after posting the minutes of this meeting on our website. David will assume the role of Board Secretary.  Ann will assist in an advisory capacity.

 

  1. Discussion and Motion to approve a 5% increase in Member dues from $367 to $385 annually. This increase is no greater than the 5% allowed by our Bylaws for a Board ‘only’ approval.

 

  1. Discussion and Motion to APPROVE the 2023-2024 budget. If passed, the approved budget will be presented to the Membership at the Annual Meeting for RATIFICATION.

 

  1. Confirm Date of Next Quarterly Meeting – June 19th, 2023 – 5:30 Bay Club
  2. Discuss Anticipated Annual Meeting – June 26th, 2023.
    1. Seeking Coordinating Committee Volunteers
