The Timberton Village Board of Directors conducts Quarterly meetings at the Bay
Club. Dates for the current fiscal year can be found under the “Boards/
Committees” menu. Meetings begin at 5:30 PM and usually last about one hour.
Advance notice of those meetings are sent via email to all HOA members and
posted on the web site. If you do not receive those notices, please tell the board
via the Contact the Board page so your email address can be corrected.
General meetings of the TVHA Board are open to all members of the Association,
and members are encouraged to attend. If a member has a concern that he or
she wishes the Board to consider, that member should contact the President in
advance of the meeting to request that the matter be placed on the agenda of the

Agendas are posted on this web site before each meeting and sent to members
via email with the meeting notice. Board meeting minutes and financial reports
(along with any formal correspondence) are also posted under the “Board/
Committees” menu.
TVHA Annual Meetings are held each June. Written notice is sent to all members
at least 30 days in advance of the meeting. At the Annual Meeting, officers’
reports are submitted, the next year’s budget is discussed and approved, board
members are elected, and other business of the Association is conducted.
