Greetings neighbors.
First, a thank you to the homeowners who attended our Special Board Meeting on Wednesday, April 22, 2026. The board appreciated the strong attendance, excellent questions and comments, and respectful exchange of ideas.
As reflected in the attached minutes, the board adopted the budget and reserve study as proposed in the pre-meeting drafts. We also made preliminary plans for our annual meeting, which will be followed by a potluck social. The adopted budget results in an increase to annual dues from $385 (current) to $470 (roughly a $7 a month increase). In adopting this budget, we considered all comments received to date whether presented in the March Quarterly meeting, the April Special meeting, intervening emails, or streetside conversations.
The Board is now working on the annual meeting packet, which will be mailed out by May 22, 2026. The packet will include a ballot to elect two board members (two current members’ terms end June 30, 2026), to reject or accept the budget, and to ratify the reserve study. It will also include a good bit of supporting information. There is still time to add your name to the ballot, please contact a board member if you are interested in serving.
