Thank you to all who attended Monday’s board meeting. It was a great meeting with lots of good questions from homeowners.
We are excited to now have Pete Porter serving as Pond Steward. Pete will assist the current and future boards in understanding and managing our Stormwater System.
We also approved the “Important Notice” that explains statutory changes in effect now and beginning in January 2026. This document is posted on the website with governing documents.
We are beginning the process of planning next fiscal year’s budget. The minutes include a fairly detailed discussion of that process and challenges. The March meeting will include further discussion with a separate meeting in April to approve the budget and annual meeting materials to be sent out approximately 30 days before the annual meeting.
