Limited Common Area Application Submit

    Please attach the Limited Common Area Application file (only bmp/jpg/jpeg/pdf/zip file types allowed).

    If you have multiple files for your application (forms, pictures, drawing), first put everything into a single word processing file or zip file. You can insert images into your word processing files, along with any supporting text. The file should start with Limited Common Area Application, then name, address.

    Save the file as a PDF (in Word: File, Export), then add that PDF via the browse button below. Attachment file size is limited to 20MB (megabyte).
