As you will see, we have lots to cover including four significant planned motions to (1) realign/rename several committees; (2) resegregate the three distinct funds held at Edward Jones into separate accounts; (3) modify our financial controls (require two-signatures only for checks over $250 but increase electronic access for oversight); and (4) approve VMC projects and reallocate $2,340 from the Unallocated/Contingency Fund to pay part of the cost of those projects.
