The agenda for our December 8, 2025, Board Meeting is attached. Several significant new business items to be addressed include: (1) a mid-year budget update and start on planning for our next budget; (2) our plans for this year’s reserve study update; (3) the impact of statutory changes on our governing documents and adoption of a notice relating to changes applicable as of January 1, 2026; and (4) appointment of a Pond Steward. The meeting will also include a closed executive session to address homeowner compliance issues.

Please take time to review these documents before the meeting so we can answer any questions you have about the statutory changes. If you wish to have copies at the meeting, please bring them with you.
