Hood Canal Bridge Cables

A Timberton resident found an article about the cable replacement on the Hood Canal Bridge. The one that caused that big delay several weeks ago in getting the bridge open after a closure (The Web Guy took that ‘opportunity’ to take the scenic route home that day), and the work that is being done by those big tugs and ‘crane boats’.

The resident found it interesting, as did The Web Guy, a recent transplant. Here’s the article, in case you are interested. At the very least, you can appear knowledgeable about how the bridge works if the subject ever comes up.
