Memorial Day is coming up at the end of the month. If you need a US Flag kit, or a replacement flag because yours is a bit worn, here’s a suggestion: http://amzn.to/1H2gBrY for about $13.00. Other flags sizes and kits are available. And these are US-made.

Make sure that our flag is flying proudly on Memorial Day! And your Web Guy will volunteer to put it up for you with his handy screwdriver (assuming the standard wall-mount on your garage….not sure I can do the ‘giant flag pole’ thing).

There’s a new page, called “Just Saying“. It’s a place for random comments about things that are going on, or some nice deed by a neighbor, or an alert about something.

Check it out! And then add your “Just Saying”.

There is a new entry in the Current Correspondence page . These are official documents sent to the Board by members, either by mail, or through the “Contact the Board” page.

If you missed the stunningly bright rainbow Friday evening, here’s some pictures I took from my back porch. They aren’t as good as the real thing — at times, the rainbow’s ‘pot of gold’ was right in the marina harbor. As the evening progressed, the rainbow turned into a double rainbow. Then it slowly moved out into the Puget Sound, and faded away with the sunset. (Click on the pictures to see them full-screen.)
