During the July 9, 2025 meeting, the board appointed Chris Van Buren to fill the unexpired portion of Roger Bryan’s term and elected the following officers: Virginia Vroegop, President; Gail DeLuke, Vice President; Chris Van Buren, Secretary; and Ann Louise Maynard, Treasurer. The following committee chairs were appointed: Sue Cross, Architectural Review Committee; Gail DeLuke, Vegetation Management Committee; and Ann Louise Maynard, Finance Committee.
Quarterly board meetings are scheduled for the following dates: September 8, 2025; December
8, 2025; March 9, 2026; and June 8, 2026. All board meetings will be held at 5:30 p.m. The 2026
annual homeowners’ meeting and social is scheduled for June 22, 2026 (time to be determined).
