Hello Timberton Neighbors!
This message is for all homeowners with an irrigation system and certain other external water line attachments. That is probably all of us.
Spring is fast approaching which means it is time to have our irrigation backflow valves inspected again. As most of you already know, Washington State law requires that all irrigation backflow valves be inspected on an annual basis. For the past couple of years, Timmy Wright from Wright Backflow Services, LLC in Sequim has performed this service for anyone in Timberton that wishes to have it done. This year he will once again be charging a group rate of $40.00 per valve (paid by the homeowner).
In the next few days, you should each receive an email from Timmy about this service. If you would like for Timmy to inspect your backflow valve, please respond to his email. He is planning to do the Timberton work beginning March 15 and 22, weather permitting. When the work is complete, he will email you an invoice and you can pay him directly. Upon receipt of your payment he will send a report to OWSI for your home.
