Call for New Timberton Board Members

Message for Timberton Village HOA Members

Timberton Village is the second largest Village in the South Bay in terms of homes, and the largest in terms of area. The most distinctive feature is the evergreen forest that surrounds us, the hiking trails that encompass our village, and a proactive ‘landscaping effort’ that maintains a welcoming visual invitation to visit.

We are a community of 78 homesites – neighbors – with an active and responsive Home Owners Board of Directors (TVHA). We are financially secure with low Homeowner Association Dues. Take some time to do a comprehensive review of our Timberton Village Webpage. There’s a lot of valuable information from budget to vegetation.

Should you wish to become actively involved with retaining and contributing to the community value, we have a pending Board of Directors election forthcoming. Get involved. Your interest and participation, whether you’re on the Board, on a board committee, a member of the emergency preparedness crew, or a volunteer assisting in approved community improvement projects, your energy and input will build a common community denominator of value. Thank you.
