Lawsuit Decision Document

This document, available to residents only at this page, is the formal, final order of Judge Harper in which he grants the TVHA request for Summary Judgment against the Third-Party Plaintiffs, dismisses the Third Party Plaintiffs claims, with prejudice, and dismisses TVHA from the case. This will be of high interest to many residents of Timberton.

I will discuss this in some detail at the annual meeting on 29 June.

Thanks much.

Fire Safety Presentation

Tuesday, June 9th at 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Bay Club Auditorium

The Olympic Range is in a drought condition and the forecast for the summer is more heat. This raises the real possibility of a major fire in our area. The Port Ludlow Fire/Rescue service will present a program on fire safety and emergency preparedness.

The program will cover the following topics:
Representatives from Port Ludlow Fire & Rescue, U.S. Forest Service and the Department of Emergency Management will be on hand on June 9 at the Bay Club for a presentation to the community about fire safety issues and how they pertain to wild land or vegetation fire risks; information about local resources and services; being prepared for natural disasters and provide an opportunity for fire extinguisher training.

Handouts will be provided.

The Resident’s List

A current resident’s list is available here http://173.254.28.49/~timberto/residentslist/ . Please check that page to ensure that your information is correct.

The Board uses that list to send out email notices, so ensuring your email information is correct is important to ensure that you get all Board communications.

If there are corrections needed, use the Contact the Board page to send your corrections to the Board.

Note that the list is for residents only, and is not to be used for commercial purposes.

Need a Flag for Memorial Day?

Memorial Day is coming up at the end of the month. If you need a US Flag kit, or a replacement flag because yours is a bit worn, here’s a suggestion: http://amzn.to/1H2gBrY for about $13.00. Other flags sizes and kits are available. And these are US-made.

Make sure that our flag is flying proudly on Memorial Day! And your Web Guy will volunteer to put it up for you with his handy screwdriver (assuming the standard wall-mount on your garage….not sure I can do the ‘giant flag pole’ thing).
